Entry Background/Description: Over the years, we have worked to identify the key components to share in our Annual Report and have settled on a compact two-page document. This document is complimented by a list of donors and volunteers that lives digitally on our website. We share this report with our community via email as well as posting on our Facebook and LinkedIn profiles. We also keep the most current Annual Report on our webpage, with a library of past year's reports as well.
Why You Should Vote for Me: We have found that by choosing a theme to highlight our impact, sharing basics about our program offerings, and including an outline of our financials, we can summarize our annual operations in a short and effective manner. This is easier to digest for our audience, and offers an accessible tool to use throughout the year as we connect with funders and prospective partners. This truncated format for our Annual Report is unique and highlights our ability to practice brevity while creating maximum impact. Why say lot word when few word do trick?
